Federal law requires the Berkshire County Republican Association to report the name, address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year. The maximum per-person contribution is $500 per calendar year. Corporate contributions are prohibited by law. Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
